X-Kart's Jude Puddefoot won the final at Whilton Mill to take The Kart Championship Junior Primo title in his first season in the class.
Jude Puddefoot of X-Kart has won The Kart Championship Junior Primo title, sealing it by winning the final of round six at Whilton Mill. It was his first season in the class.
Puddefoot qualified seventh and finished 13th in the first heat, then won the second heat. He took a win and a second place in the superheats on Sunday to start the final from a strong position, and won it.
In Junior Rotax, Isaac Jameson's last round in the class was disrupted by contact, but he climbed from tenth to third in the B Final and from 33rd to 19th in the A Final. Lewis Sumner, who had been in the title fight, lost his chance to two mechanical retirements before recovering from 21st to ninth in the final.
The team also ran Nelson Taylor, Elijah Hartley, Harry Ward and Zak Jennings in Junior Rotax, Riley Bishop, Zac Cain and Lewis Holt in Senior Rotax, and Jack Smith in Junior Primo.
