IC Kartstore is now importing iGO! Racing helmets directly from the maker in Italy, bringing its Diamante karting range to British karters.
iGO! was founded by Ago Alberghino, chief executive of HRX, as a sister company to HRX Bespoke Motorsport, the racewear and teamwear brand. The Diamante range comes in composite and carbon versions, built to two current karting helmet certifications.
IC Kartstore says it chose a brand that is not already widely seen in UK paddocks, and that buying direct means it can advise on model choice, sizing, visors and accessories before an order is placed.
Andrew Platt, the company's managing director, said the aim was to offer British karters something different, backed by UK based advice.
